The rental company signs a separate payment agreement with Visma Pay or Stripe, who charge their standard per-transaction processing fees. RowlyGO does not add any extra fees on top. How quickly can we get started?

Our trainer will schedule your onboarding session with you, and the training and environment setup are always agreed together with the customer. Onboarding should not be treated as a large IT project. After a short training session, the core use of the system will already feel familiar.

We handle the technical setup, guide the entire process, and continue to support you in day-to-day operations, questions, and ongoing development.

Can we continue serving customers by phone and email?

Yes. RowlyGO does not force you to change how you serve customers.

You can continue handling bookings by phone and email as before, and RowlyGO will take care of online bookings 24/7 when customers want to book themselves or when your staff is not available.

Are there additional fees for text messages, e-signatures, or online payments?

No, not from RowlyGO. These are included in your plan.

The only exception is the payment provider’s per-transaction processing fee (Visma Pay or Stripe), charged directly under your agreement with them. RowlyGO does not add any fees on top.

What happens if we exceed our booking volume?

Your plan is determined based on the rental volume agreed in the order form, and usage is reviewed per billing period, typically annually.

Occasional or temporary spikes do not trigger extra billing mid-term.

If actual usage clearly and consistently exceeds the plan limit, the plan will be upgraded for the next billing period to the nearest higher tier. In cases of exceptional and continuous overage, the upgrade may also be applied mid-term.

Is there a contract term?

The service is offered on 12–36 month contract terms. The term length does not affect the monthly price, but a longer term guarantees price stability for the entire period, with no price increases during the contract term.
