RowlyGO is incredibly easy to use and offers exactly the features that are essential for a smooth vehicle rental operation. Our previous system was cumbersome and required a lot of manual work, but with RowlyGO, we have been able to significantly improve resource utilization, says Nykänen. For instance, we can easily see which product categories are the most profitable and when demand is at its peak.

Online bookings increase revenue and free up time

Today, 80% of our bookings come through the web. This significantly reduces the number of customer service situations over the phone and gives our employees more time to focus on business development. If each call lasts an average of 10 minutes, we have saved several hours per month, which is a huge advantage for us, Nykänen says. This freed-up time can be used for both business growth and improving employee well-being.

The online booking system has also enabled us to offer additional services to every customer, such as GPS devices, hand trucks, and child seats, without forgetting anything. This has increased the average booking price by 15%, as offering additional services automatically adds value to each booking. The average price has increased significantly, and customers are happy when all the necessary additional services are easily available during booking.

Reduced credit losses and increased reliability with automatic credit checks

RowlyGO’s automatic credit check has been a major factor in reducing credit losses by 70%. When we know that the customer can afford to pay for any damages, we can be at ease knowing our fleet is in safe hands. Reducing credit losses has significantly improved our business’s profitability.

Automatic credit checks are an important feature because they ensure that all customers are reliable and creditworthy. This helps reduce risk factors and improves the customer experience, making the rental process fast and smooth.

Business growth and sales optimization with analytics

RowlyGO also offers excellent analytics features that allow us to track which fleet categories are most profitable and when demand is highest during the year, Nykänen notes. With this information, we can optimize fleet sales and purchases and plan campaigns that attract customers precisely when demand is highest.

The analytics features have been particularly helpful when considering new investments in our fleet. Knowing exactly which vehicles and additional services are most popular allows us to make well-informed decisions about renewing and expanding the fleet.

User management and partner collaboration

UpGo works with several partners, and RowlyGO has made collaboration easy. We have created individual user accounts for our partners, and user management is simple, says Nykänen. Partners can manage their own bookings and use the system smoothly, which has streamlined our operations.

Daily settlements via online service

The RowlyGO online service enables fast and smooth settlements. Bookings are paid directly online, and settlements are deposited into our account daily, improving our cash flow and enabling better financial management.

Revenue growth

RowlyGO has been a key factor in our revenue growth, and we have achieved 30% growth each year.
